A contest is running on our e-shop www.golden-life.cz, where you can win a luxury trip to the Maldives for two, plus 21 secondary prizes in the form of Golden Life products of your choice. All you need to do is register on the e-shop, make a purchase of over 2,000 CZK (excluding shipping), and each such order becomes one ticket for the draw.

How to Participate?
To be entered into the draw for both the main and secondary prizes, you must fulfill all the following steps:
- Register on the e-shop www.golden-life.cz (if you don't have an account yet).
- During the contest duration, purchase Golden Life products worth at least 2,000 CZK (excluding shipping).
- Each such purchase = 1 ticket for the draw.
For example: 3 orders over 2,000 CZK = 3 order numbers = 3 chances to win.
The draw will be made from order numbers, not from the names of the contestants. The more purchases over 2,000 CZK, the more tickets, and the higher your chance of flying to the Maldives.
Main Prize Winner Draw: after February 14, 2026
Transparent Selection: using an online tool and in the presence of at least two representatives of Golden Life. The draw process will be documented.
Mini Contests on Instagram – 3 Rounds, 21 Smaller Prizes
In addition to the main contest on the e-shop, mini-contests are also running on the Instagram profile @GoldenLife.cz, where 3×7 prizes are up for grabs.
Mini Contest Dates:
- December 5, 2025 – Christmas Draw
- January 5, 2026 – New Year's Restart
- February 5, 2026 – Valentine's Draw
- February 14, 2026 – Main Prize Draw
Each round on Instagram => 7 winners, totaling 21 smaller prizes.

- The mini-contest winners will be drawn on the 5th of the given month.

Rules and Terms of the Consumer Contest "Win a Trip to the Maldives with Golden Life"
1. Contest Organizer
The organizer of the contest is the company Golden Life s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"), with its registered office at Bezručova 143/16, Plzeň, 30100, ID: 27968677, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Plzeň.
2. Contest Term and Venue
The contest runs from November 18, 2025, to February 14, 2026, inclusive, in the territory of the Czech Republic through the e-shop www.golden-life.cz.
3. Contest Participants
Any natural person over 18 years of age who meets the participation conditions set out in these rules may participate in the contest.
Employees of the Organizer, their family members, and persons cooperating on the organization of the contest are excluded from participation.
By participating in the contest, the contestant agrees that in case of winning:
- they may be recorded during the handover of the main prize (photo/video),
- they may participate in a short filming session in the Maldives together with the Golden Life team,
- the Organizer may use the acquired recordings (photo, video, interview) for marketing and promotional purposes (website, social networks, PR, etc.),
- everything will take place in a natural manner, without a script or forced performances.
4. How to Enter the Contest
To be entered into the draw for both the main and secondary prizes, the contestant must meet all the following conditions:
- Register on the e-shop www.golden-life.cz.
- During the contest duration, purchase products worth at least 2,000 CZK (excluding shipping). Order numbers, not the names of the contestants, will be included in the draw.
- Each such purchase = 1 ticket for the draw (e.g., 3 purchases over 2,000 CZK = 3 order numbers = 3 chances to win).
5. Prizes in the Contest
Main Prize:
- Luxury trip to the Maldives with Golden Life for two.
- The date of the trip will be agreed upon individually with the winner.
- The prize cannot be exchanged for financial compensation or any other alternative.
Secondary Prizes:
- 21× Golden Life product of your choice, valued at 1,500 – 3,000 CZK.
- The prizes are sent by post to the winner's address.
- These prizes cannot be exchanged for financial compensation.
6. Winner Selection
Main Prize:
- After the end of the contest, a random selection of the winner will be performed.
- The selection will be conducted using an online tool for generating random names/numbers.
- The draw process will be documented and performed in the presence of at least two representatives of Golden Life.
Secondary Prizes:
- Unlike the main prize, which is drawn from e-shop orders, the secondary prizes will be drawn exclusively among the participants of the contest on our Instagram @GoldenLife.cz, using an online random selection tool.
7. Winner Notification
The winners of the main prize will be informed by email or phone at the contact details provided during registration, no later than 14 days after the draw. The winners of the mini-contests will be announced on our Instagram account @GoldenLife.cz.
8. Consent to Filming and Marketing Use
By participating in the contest, the contestant agrees that in case of winning:
- they may be recorded during the prize handover (photo/video),
- they may participate in a short filming session in the Maldives together with the Golden Life team,
- The Organizer may use the acquired photo and video materials for marketing, promotional, and PR purposes (social networks, website, printed materials, etc.),
- the filming will take place in a natural manner, without forced staging,
- this consent is granted without the right to financial remuneration.
9. Tax Obligations
In the sense of applicable legal regulations, the prize is subject to taxation.
When providing a non-monetary prize, the Organizer is obliged to notify the Winner of the value of the prize, which is understood as the purchase price or the Organizer's own costs of the contest.
A non-monetary prize whose value exceeds 50,000 CZK, is subject to taxation according to § 10 para. 1 letter n) of Act No. 586/1992 Coll., on Income Taxes, as other income of a natural person.
The Winner is obliged to include this income in their tax return and pay personal income tax on it, unless stipulated otherwise.
The Organizer undertakes to pay the income tax related to the acquisition of the Prize on behalf of the Winner, in the amount stipulated by law. For this purpose, the Organizer and the Winner will provide the necessary cooperation, especially in the area of providing data necessary for determining the tax obligation.
10. Personal Data Protection
The Organizer processes the personal data of the contestants in accordance with the GDPR regulation (EU 2016/679) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll.
The data will be used exclusively for the purposes of organizing the contest, contacting the winners, and handing over the prizes. By participating in the contest, the contestant agrees to the processing of their personal data to the extent stated.
11. Other Provisions
The Organizer reserves the right to shorten, extend, change, or cancel the contest at any time, without any claim for compensation from the participants.
Prizes cannot be transferred to another person, exchanged for cash, or otherwise compensated.
The Organizer is not responsible for technical problems during registration or purchase that would prevent participants from joining.
12. Exclusion from the Contest
The Organizer reserves the right to exclude a Participant who:
- violates these rules,
- acts contrary to good morals or the principles of fair play,
- provides false information.
