If you entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact our customer service at info@golden-life.cz as soon as possible. We can change the address if your order has not yet been shipped. The same applies to your other contact information.
If you forgot to add a discount code when placing your order, please contact our customer service at info@golden-life.cz. Depending on our store's terms, we may be able to apply the discount retroactively or provide instructions for next steps.

If you received the wrong number of items, please contact our customer service at info@golden-life.cz with your order number, a description of the problem, and photo documentation. We will fix the issue as soon as possible.
You can cancel your order by contacting our customer service at info@golden-life.cz, provided it has not been shipped yet. If it has already been shipped, we will refund only the cost of the goods.

If you have trouble finding a product, you can use the search function on our website or contact our customer support for assistance.
If you want to return goods, you have the following options:
- Exchange: If the product arrives with visible damage or is otherwise defective, you can request an exchange for a new item.
- Withdrawal: If the product has a substantial defect that prevents normal use, you can withdraw from the contract and request a full refund. Important: products such as collagen and fat burners that are subject to hygiene standards or may be quickly consumed must be returned unopened and undamaged for the return to be accepted.
To start a claim or return process, please contact our customer service at info@golden-life.cz as soon as possible. Provide details of the defect and attach proof of purchase. Returned products must be sent back in the original packaging in a condition suitable for resale. Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will decide on the most appropriate solution for your claim or refund request.
Refunds are usually processed within a few business days after we receive the returned goods. We will notify you by email about the progress.
To add items to an existing order, contact our customer service at info@golden-life.cz. Provide your order number and the products you want to add. If your order has not been shipped, we will add them. For already paid orders, we will send instructions for additional payment.

Yes, on request we can ship the package without showing the price. Include this request in the order notes or contact info@golden-life.cz directly.
