Terms and Conditions of the Consumer Competition “Win Our Secret New Product”

1. Competition Organizer

The organizer of the competition is Golden Life s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), with its registered office at Bezručova 143/16, Plzeň, 30100, Company ID No.: 27968677, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Plzeň.

2. Competition Period and Location

The competition runs from its publication on 12 August 2026 until 31 August 2026 at 5:00 PM, inclusive, through the online store www.golden-life.cz.

The drawing of the winners will take place on 31 August 2026 at 6:00 PM.

3. Competition Participants

The competition is open to every individual over 18 years of age who meets the participation requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.

Employees of the Organizer, their family members and persons involved in organizing the competition are excluded from participation.

Only persons who make a purchase on www.golden-life.cz during the competition period may participate.

4. How to Enter the Competition

A participant enters the competition automatically by meeting the following conditions:

• Make a purchase on www.golden-life.cz with a total value of over €80, excluding shipping costs.
• The order must be completed no later than 31 August 2026 at 5:00 PM.

Each order over €80 represents one entry into the competition.

For example, if a participant places three separate orders during the competition, each with a value of over €80 excluding shipping costs, they will be entered into the draw three times.

Order numbers, rather than the names of participants, will be entered into the draw.

Orders that have been fully cancelled before the draw or whose purchase has been cancelled for another reason will not be included in the draw.

5. Prizes

A total of 10 winners will be selected in the competition.

• 10× Golden Life secret new product, which has not yet been officially launched for sale at the time of the competition.
• Each of the ten selected winners will receive one piece of this new product.
• The prize will be sent to the address provided in the order or to another address agreed with the Organizer.

The specific product constituting the prize will not be publicly disclosed before the product is officially launched for sale. The Organizer reserves the right to provide more details about the new product only in connection with its official launch.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or for another prize or product.

6. Drawing of the Winners

The drawing of the ten winners will take place on 31 August 2026 at 6:00 PM.

• The winners will be selected at random from the order numbers that meet the competition requirements.
• Each eligible order over €80 represents one entry.
• The drawing will be conducted using an online random selection tool.
• The drawing process may be documented by the Organizer.

If an order that does not meet the competition requirements is selected, a new drawing will be conducted.

7. Winner Notification

The winners will be contacted by the Organizer by email or telephone using the contact details provided in the order.

The winners will also be announced on the Instagram account @goldenlife.cz.

The Organizer reserves the right to publish only the winner’s name, or first name and initial of their surname, or another designation allowing the winner to be identified to a reasonable extent.

8. Receipt of the Prize

The winner is required to provide the Organizer with the necessary cooperation for the delivery of the prize.

If the Organizer is unable to contact the winner even after repeated attempts, or if the winner refuses the prize, the Organizer may conduct a new draw to select a replacement winner.

The prize will be sent to an address agreed between the Organizer and the winner.

9. Tax Obligations

Any tax obligations related to the prize are governed by the applicable laws of the Czech Republic.

Upon request, the Organizer will provide the winner with information necessary to assess any tax obligations related to the prize.

10. Personal Data Protection

The Organizer processes participants’ personal data in accordance with applicable legal regulations, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the Processing of Personal Data.

Personal data will be processed only to the extent necessary to organize the competition, verify compliance with the participation requirements, contact the winners and deliver the prizes.

Personal data will not be used in connection with this competition to send marketing communications without an appropriate legal basis or the participant’s consent.

11. Other Provisions

The Organizer reserves the right to shorten, extend or change the competition rules or to cancel the competition entirely for serious reasons. The Organizer will inform participants of any changes or cancellation of the competition in an appropriate manner.

The Organizer is not responsible for technical problems on the participant’s side or for other circumstances beyond its control that prevent participation in the competition.

The Organizer reserves the right to verify compliance with the competition requirements and, in case of doubt, to request the necessary cooperation from the participant.

The competition is in no way sponsored, supported or administered by Meta Platforms, Inc., nor is it associated with that company.

12. Disqualification from the Competition

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify a participant who:

• violates these Terms and Conditions,
• provides false or misleading information,
• attempts to influence the outcome of the competition through fraudulent or otherwise dishonest means,
• acts contrary to good morals or the principles of fair play.
