Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus)
Shatavari is a plant from the asparagus family whose root grows wild in the foothills of the Himalayas and has been harvested in India for thousands of years. In Ayurveda, it belongs to the so-called rasayanas—herbs traditionally used for long-term support and renewal of the body, particularly in women throughout different stages of life.

Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus) is a plant from the asparagus family whose root grows wild in the Himalayan foothills and has been harvested in India for thousands of years. In Ayurveda, it belongs to the so-called rasayanas—herbs traditionally used for long-term support and renewal in women.
Its Sanskrit name is traditionally translated as “she who has a hundred husbands”, referring to the vitality attributed to it in Ayurvedic tradition.

Tribulus terrestris (100 mg)
An unassuming plant that grows from southern Europe through the Middle East to India and China, it has been used in traditional medicine across both continents for centuries.
In our formula, it is the second-highest-dosed of the eight extracts and is standardised for saponin content, which accounts for nine-tenths of the extract (90 mg).
