Brain & Focus
A herbal and mushroom combination for demanding days.
Brain & Focus combines plant extracts and Lion's Mane mushroom in plant-based capsules. It contains the adaptogens ashwagandha and Rhodiola rosea, the nootropic herbs bacopa, ginkgo and gotu kola, Lion's Mane mushroom and soy-derived phosphatidylserine. No unnecessary filler vitamins, just a targeted combination of standardized extracts.
The pack contains 60 capsules (48.6 g), equivalent to 30 daily doses. Just two capsules a day. The capsules are plant-based (vege caps). Made in the Czech Republic. Contains soy.
No measuring. No six separate bottles. Two capsules a day and you're ready to go.
How it works
Brain & Focus in plant-based capsules combines adaptogens, nootropic herbs, Lion's Mane mushroom and soy-derived phosphatidylserine. Each extract is standardized, so you know how much of the active compounds it actually contains.
With plant extracts, it's not just about the milligrams, but mainly about how much of the active compounds they contain. Bacopa contains 55 % bacosides, the soy extract 70 % phosphatidylserine, ashwagandha is standardized to withanolides, and Rhodiola to rosavins and salidroside.
For days when you have a lot on your mind
You know the feeling. A deadline, twenty open tabs, plus emails, messages and meetings. You try to keep it all together and by evening you're exhausted, but your mind is still racing.
Brain & Focus is made for exactly those days. Its plant-based capsules combine adaptogens, nootropic herbs, Lion's Mane mushroom and soy-derived phosphatidylserine. Each extract is standardized, so you know how much active compounds it actually contains.
No measuring. No six separate bottles. Two capsules a day and you're ready to go.

Adaptogens: ashwagandha and Rhodiola rosea
Adaptogens are a group of plants with a long history in herbal traditions. Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is one of the most widely used herbs in Ayurveda. Rhodiola rosea grows in the cold mountainous regions of Siberia and Scandinavia, and its root is used.
In Brain & Focus, ashwagandha is standardized to withanolides (200 mg) and Rhodiola to rosavins and salidroside (150 mg).

Lion's Mane mushroom
Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus) is an edible mushroom that grows on the trunks of deciduous trees and resembles a white mane in appearance. In Asia, it is a common part of the cuisine, and in recent years it has become one of the most popular functional mushrooms.
The daily dose of Brain & Focus contains 200 mg of Lion's Mane mushroom extract in a 5:1 ratio.
×
Nootropic herbs: bacopa, ginkgo and gotu kola
Bacopa (Bacopa monnieri) grows in wet areas of South Asia and is one of the fundamental plants of Ayurveda. In Brain & Focus, it is standardized to 55 % bacosides (200 mg).
Ginkgo biloba comes from one of the oldest tree species in the world; an extract from its leaves is used (80 mg). Gotu kola (Centella asiatica) is a small plant from tropical Asia with a long history in Asian herbal traditions (200 mg).
What you should know about Brain & Focus
Standardized extracts, not just herb powder
Two different packs of “bacopa” can contain completely different amounts of active compounds. That's why Brain & Focus is based on standardized extracts with a declared content of key ingredients: bacopa standardized to 55 % bacosides, soy extract with 70 % phosphatidylserine, ashwagandha standardized to withanolides, and Rhodiola standardized to rosavins and salidroside.
This way, you know what is actually in each capsule, not just how much it weighs.
How is Brain & Focus put together?
Brain & Focus does not combine random herbs. It brings four groups of ingredients together in one targeted daily formula: the adaptogenic herbs ashwagandha and Rhodiola rosea, the nootropic herbs bacopa, ginkgo and gotu kola, the functional mushroom Lion's Mane and phosphatidylserine from soy extract.
No vitamins or minerals that you may already be taking elsewhere. Brain & Focus is a targeted herbal combination, not another multivitamin.
Six supplements or one?
It's not that you don't know what you should be doing for yourself. It's that when you have a lot going on, there is neither the time nor the inclination to put together five different supplements. Lion's Mane in one bottle, ashwagandha in another, bacopa, ginkgo and phosphatidylserine each separately. Six bottles, six prices, six steps.
Brain & Focus combines all of this into one formula. Two capsules bring together adaptogens, nootropic herbs, a functional mushroom and phosphatidylserine. You don't weigh anything, combine anything or have to remember anything.

Frequently asked questions
Who is Brain & Focus intended for?
Brain & Focus is intended for adult women and men who work mentally, study or are going through a period when they need to maintain focus even with a busy schedule. One daily dose combines bacopa, Lion's Mane, phosphatidylserine, ashwagandha, Rhodiola rosea, ginkgo, gotu kola and also schisandra. It is not intended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Is Brain & Focus a fast “pick-me-up”?
No. Brain & Focus does not contain caffeine or another common caffeine-based stimulant. It is not intended to work like an energy drink that you feel within a few minutes. It is designed to be taken regularly as part of your daily routine.
When is the best time to take Brain & Focus?
The recommended daily dose is 2 capsules. The easiest way is to take them in the morning or during the first half of the day, when you need to focus on mentally demanding tasks. Take the capsules with plenty of water. If you have a more sensitive stomach, you can take them with food. Regularity is more important than the exact time.
Do I have to take both capsules at once?
You can take both capsules together. If you prefer to split the dose, you can take one capsule in the morning and the other later in the morning. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of two capsules.
Does Brain & Focus contain caffeine?
No. The formula contains no caffeine or caffeine-containing plant ingredient. Brain & Focus is therefore also suitable for people who want to build their routine around plant extracts and phosphatidylserine rather than another dose of coffee.
Can I combine Brain & Focus with coffee?
The product itself does not contain caffeine, so one regular coffee does not automatically mean doubling your caffeine intake. However, everyone reacts differently. If you are sensitive to stimulating substances, it is better to start with Brain & Focus alone and see how you feel about combining it with coffee.
What is Lion's Mane?
Lion's Mane, or Hericium erinaceus, is an edible mushroom whose appearance resembles a white mane. In recent years, it has become a popular ingredient in products focused on cognitive performance.
Why is bacopa included in the formula?
Bacopa monnieri is one of the traditional Ayurvedic plants. In supplements focused on mental performance, it is primarily used in connection with memory, learning and information recall.
What are adaptogens?
Adaptogens is a term used for plants traditionally included in periods of increased physical or mental stress. In Brain & Focus, this group is represented mainly by ashwagandha and Rhodiola rosea. They are neither vitamins nor fast-acting stimulants.
Can I take Brain & Focus long-term?
The formula contains several concentrated plant extracts. When taking it for several months, it is reasonable to assess whether you still need the product, and if you take medication long-term or have health problems, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Can I combine Brain & Focus with other supplements?
Yes, but check whether the other products contain the same ingredients. Brain & Focus already provides a broad combination of plant extracts, so there is usually no need to add another comprehensive nootropic blend.
Can I combine it with medication?
Caution is particularly important because of ginkgo and ashwagandha. Ginkgo may be problematic for people taking medication that affects blood clotting. Ashwagandha may interact, for example, with medication for the thyroid, diabetes, blood pressure, the immune system, epilepsy or sedative medication. If you regularly take any medication, check the suitability of the combination with your doctor or pharmacist.
How long does one pack last?
The pack contains 60 capsules. At the recommended dose of 2 capsules per day, it lasts exactly 30 days of regular use.
