How to use

1Open the sachet
Choose your flavour — Green Apple, Raspberry, or Tropical Mango & Passion Fruit. Tear off the top of the sachet along the marked line and pour the entire contents (9.2 g) into a glass or shaker.
2Mix with water
Add 300–500 ml of water and mix thoroughly. For a milder flavour, you can also mix the sachet in 1 litre of water and sip the drink throughout the day.
3Drink or sip
Drink the beverage at once or sip it throughout the day. The recommended daily dose is 1 sachet per day; do not exceed it.
